Last week I rescued a one year old stray black cat. I’m supposed to just be a temporary foster home, but I have a feeling I’m going to end up keeping her*. She’s adjusting better than I thought she would. She is the sweetest, friendliest cat. And she matches my furniture. I’ve named her Cleo. *Going hard at spinsterhood, so totally keeping her.

TO INFINITY AND BEYONCE
Last night I attended a burlesque show at Club Oberon called To Infinity and Beyonce. It was, as expected, mind blowingly amazing. Last week I worked 53 hours and most of my Sunday was consumed by work. Today alone I am up to 11. But it’s all good. Because in three days I’ll be on vacation, on a beach, with a vodka & tonic, by my side, always, for five, whole, days.
